People Analytics Australia was built from a simple belief: better workplaces start with a better understanding of their people.

After more than three decades leading teams, growing businesses and working with organisations across education, training, hospitality, consumer goods and consumer research, Scott Martin saw the same pattern again and again. Leaders were making important decisions about culture, performance, engagement and capability, but often without the clear people data they needed to understand what was really happening inside their organisation.

Scott’s career has spanned frontline service, sales, marketing, operations, general management, board roles and executive leadership. He has led national teams, managed major revenue targets, overseen people and performance functions, developed leadership programs and helped organisations improve the way they engage, support and develop their people. His work with the Australian Institute of Management and more recently the Institute of Managers and Leaders strengthened a long-standing commitment to building better managers, stronger teams and more effective organisations. Along the way, one thing became clear: people analytics is not just about surveys or reports. It is about turning employee feedback, workplace data and leadership insight into practical action. It is about helping leaders see the connection between how people feel, how teams function and how organisations perform. That’s why this business exists.
