Workforce Mental Health Profile

Understand what enables your people to thrive

A healthy workplace doesn’t happen by chance. It’s shaped by the way people are included, supported and managed every day.

Our Workplace Mental Health Profile helps organisations understand the factors that affect employee well being, engagement and psychological safety. It gives your people a clear, confidential way to share their experience, and gives your organisation practical insight into where things are working well and where change is needed. The survey is designed to be simple, respectful and confidential. Employees can respond honestly, knowing their feedback will be used to support positive change.

As with all our surveys, the Workforce Mental Health Profile is customisable ! Use our question, your questions or a mix of both. The survey can also be reported either based on hierarchy or divisions allowing flexibility to see feedback at a more granular level.

Start with listening !

Improving workplace mental health begins with understanding the real experience of your people. This survey gives you the insight to listen well, respond thoughtfully and create a workplace where people can thrive.

Clear insights. Practical actions

The survey helps identify patterns across teams, roles and workplace experiences. Rather than guessing what people need, leaders can make informed decisions based on honest feedback.

You will gain a better understanding of:

  • Key risks affecting employee wellbeing

  • Strengths to protect and build on

  • Areas where people may need more support

  • Opportunities to improve culture, inclusion and connection

  • Practical next steps for creating a healthier workplace

Our standard report

Clear, practical reporting that makes employee feedback easier to understand

Every Workplace Mental Health Profile project includes a standard report that presents your results in a clear, structured, and easy-to-read format.

The report is designed to help leaders quickly understand the overall employee experience, identify key themes, and explore how results differ across departments and teams. It gives your organisation a practical view of what is working well, where people may need more support, and where focused action can make the greatest difference.

Topline results
The report opens with a clear organisation-wide snapshot, highlighting key engagement themes, strengths, opportunities and priority areas. This gives leaders a simple starting point for understanding the overall picture before exploring the results in greater detail.

Department and team-level insights
The standard report also allows results to be explored by department, team or employee group, helping leaders see where experiences are consistent and where more focused attention may be needed. This deeper view can identify strengths to build on, teams requiring additional support, differences across departments, opportunities to improve consistency, and patterns that may not be visible in the overall results.

Report presentation

Turn survey results into clear insight and practical action

Every Workplace Mental Health Profile project includes a 90-minute results presentation to help your organisation understand what the data is really saying.

Rather than simply handing over survey results, we guide leaders through the key findings, themes, patterns and opportunities in a clear and practical way. The session helps unpack the data, connect insights across the employee experience, and identify where action will have the greatest impact.

Designed to support confident decision-making

Employee feedback is most valuable when it leads to action. The presentation helps leaders move from results to insight, and from insight to practical next steps.

It is designed to help your organisation make sense of the findings, identify the most important insights, understand the story behind the data, align leaders around key priorities, and focus improvement efforts where they will matter most.

More than just a report

The 90-minute presentation is not just a summary of results. It is a working session that helps your organisation explore what the findings mean for your people, your culture and your future success.

By the end of the session, leaders will have a clearer understanding of the employee experience and a practical foundation for meaningful action.
